These general Sales conditions apply only to sales made on the Internet
Article 1 – PRICES
1.1 - The prices of our products are in Euros inclusive of all taxes. Shipping costs are not included.
1.2 - All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in Euros.
1.3 - VAT exemption for export :
Export territories are states that do not belong to the European Union, there is exemption for supplies of goods shipped
by the seller outside of the European Union.
The formalities for export will be performed by a person acting on behalf of others.
All costs related to customs clearance will be borne by the final customer.
Administrative fee of 5% of excluding taxes and transportation will be applied to the customer on all sales generated outside
European Union.
1.4 - Mercedeh-Shoes reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products shall be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of registration of the orders, subject to availability at that date.
1.5 - Clause of reserve of ownership : the products remain the ownership of Mercedeh-Shoes until Mercedeh-Shoes collects the full payment ofthe price.

Contractual information is given in French and shall be subject to confirmation at the time of delivery at the latest. Mercedeh-Shoes reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a client with whom there is a dispute related to the payment or to abuse connected to a previous order.
Article 3 – VALIDATION
You assert being aware of the present General Sales Conditions and accepting them before you place your order. Validation of your order is tantamount to accepting these General Sales Conditions.
Except proven otherwise, data registered on Mercedeh-shoes.com is evidence of all the transactions entered into by Mercedeh-Shoes and its clients.
Article 4 – AVAILABILITY
Our offers of products and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site while stocks and sizes last.
In the event a product is unavailable after you place your order, we will inform you by e-mail or by letter as soon as possible. Your order will be automatically cancelled.
Article 5 – DELIVERY
5.1 General
Products purchased on Mercedeh-shoes.com are delivered only to countries pre-selected by our partner UPS. Products are delivered to the delivery address shown in your order. However, Mercedeh-Shoes reserves the possibility of splitting up the deliveries. Therefore only the products shipped shall be debited. Mercedeh-Shoes may not be held liable for the consequences due to a delay in transportation; for that purpose, a tracking number will be given to you at the time the package leaves our warehouses, to enable you to follow the progress of the transportation.
5.2 Delivery problems
We ask you not to take delivery of a damaged package (carton showing visible traces of having been opened and/or deteriorated). Indeed, packages leaving the warehouses of Mercedeh-shoes.com are always faultless, and must be delivered to you in this condition.
You must notify Mercedeh-shoes.com of all reserves on the product delivered (for instance: damaged package, already open…) within 3 days following receipt of the product. Then, according to the cases defined in Article 5.3 here-under, you may be entitled to exchange conditions or, failing that, to the reimbursement provided in this Article.
5.3 Conformity of the products
We undertake to exchange or, failing that, to reimburse the defective products. In this case, kindly mention this in detail by e-mail and return the product(s) to us. Mercedeh-Shoes will exchange or, failing that, reimburse the product(s). The request must be made within 7 working days following the delivery. Any claim made outside this time limit will not be accepted. Products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them with the original packaging.
In any case, you enjoy the provisions of the legal warranty, namely those related to the warranty of concealed defects.
The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from availing yourself of the right of withdrawal (satisfaction or your money back) provided in Article 8.
Article 6 – PAYMENT
The payments of your purchases can be done :
- By credit card : Blue Card, Visa, Eurocard/MasterCard.
Your credit card will be charged 24h after your order.
We could refused a payment or cancel an order if the controls done by our payment platform Sogenactif doesn't respect a certain level of security. In this case, the amount of the order will be cancelled (if the payment has not been validated by the payment platform), or refunded (if the payment has been validated) at the owner of the credit card used to pay this order.

Article 7 – REIMBURSEMENT
Reimbursements of products in the cases mentioned in Articles 5 and 8 will be made within 15 days or less after we receive the products.
Reimbursement will be made according to Mercedeh’s preference by credit into your bank account or by bankers cheque sent to the name of the client having placed the order and at the invoicing address indicated in the original order.
Article 8 – SATISFACTION OR YOUR MONEY BACK
8.1 You have a 7-day time limit from the time you receive the package to return the product(s) that do not suit you. Return expenses shall not be chargeable to Mercedeh-Shoes. Returns will be made to Mercedeh-Shoes – Le Métropole – 17, av. des Spélugues – 98000 Monaco.
The present right of return may be accepted only for products in perfect condition, in their original packaging and together with a copy of the purchase invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated or soiled by the client will not be taken back.
Article 9-1 – SECURITY
Our site uses the services of the payment platform Crédit Mutuel Cybermut. When you enter your bank data, you have a direct access to this bank platform which is covered by a security system.
The banker’s card number does not transit unscrambled on the Internet and is routed directly to the secure server of our banking partner. Mercedeh only receives a transaction number.
